Meet the Founders
Mr. Channa malintha senarathna has established the ArchiTech CAD Academy in No 203, DS senanayaka street, Kandy. Engineering Institute, Kandy. He firmly believes in Nelson Mandela’s mantra that, “Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world.” So,his leadership has inspired our academy's unique and distinctive access to engineering education and training. Msc. Construction project management in Birmingham city University (UK) is reading by Mr. C M Senarathna and He has already completed Bsc. (Hons) quantity surveying Birmingham city university (UK). With this high qualification, he has a clear vision on Sri Lankan engineering education improvement. He has enjoyed a varied career in engineering, having worked in engineering sector as a construction engineer in Sri Lanka as well as Qatar over the past 08 years. He has successfully pioneered the application of new technologies in the world by implementing live online education for engineering students worldwide.

We focus on developing work-readiness skills in order to prepare students to be top-talent in engineering and technology businesses. This means that we must prepare students for the real world by offering them with solid skills and information, as well as ensuring their knowledge through comprehensive assessments based on sector systems.
We know this because many of our students are coming from the corporate world and have had great success in the workplace. With this developing world, Sri Lanka also should have engineers who can face the world’s innovations. So, we guide our staff to stay updating about all the changes in the construction field.
Rather than theory, we use a lot of lab equipment and have a lot of practical sessions. When teaching all theory parts, students have able to get a practical knowledge also. Each teaching session they can get an another experience with our talented staff.
We use a complex set of assessment methodologies to ensure students are able to perform in a real-world environment, adopting diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment techniques such as in-class tests, pre-tests, interviews, guided reading, early feedback sessions, interim reports, continuous assessment based on lab experiments, as well as final examinations, project reports, and papers.
Aside from well-structured class sizes and lesson plans, ArchiTech CAD Academy uses a variety of Learning Methods at all levels, including lectures to aid comprehension, revision sessions for all classes, student-led presentations, extra-curricular study requirements, and lab sessions as required.
